Use: Increases spell damage caused by Arcane, Holy and Nature spells by up to 21 for 1 hour. Counts as both a Battle and Guardian elixir. This effect persists through death. Only active in Tempest Keep, Serpentshrine Cavern, Caverns of Time: Mount Hyjal, Black Temple and the Sunwell Plateau. (3 Sec Cooldown)
