Monk Macros

Laid out like the in-game spellbook: the General tab holds macros every Monk spec shares, and each spec tab has its exact interrupt plus burst and role macros. Open the macro window with /macro and paste.

Healer essential: each healing spec includes a target-safe damage macro so you can keep a teammate selected, pressure an enemy, then return immediately. It is the first macro to copy if retargeting is costing you globals.

Focus Spear Hand Strike (interrupt)

Mouseover Paralysis
