Complete the quest objective shown in your tracker, then return to the turn-in NPC.
Quest Text
I accept commendation signets from adventurers who have received them in the line of duty. For each set of ten that you hand to me, I'll make sure that you receive a significant acknowledgement of your deeds with Silvermoon City. I also accept single tokens, but at a much reduced rate of recognition. We are much more interested in greater feats of duty, though no feat will be ignored. With that said, I'll gladly take your signets if you are ready to hand in a set.
Completion Help
Check the quest area, faction, and level range before you travel. If this quest is part of a chain, finish nearby campaign quests in the same zone first.
Open the Wowhead page for coordinates, NPC spawn comments, cave entrances, and player-submitted route notes. WoW-God links out instead of copying community comments.
No group size is listed by Blizzard, so this is usually soloable unless the objective text says otherwise.
Pin the quest in-game, enable objective outlines, and search the exact quest title if you need NPC or object coordinates.
