You will likely have noticed on your way here that there are some very... busy... Nightborne running about. Naturally, the nobles lack any sense of discretion: they are couriers. They carry important missives. I give you this blade to perform a necessary service to our intelligence gathering. Use it to silently and quickly dispatch the couriers. Take their missives and bring them to me.
