The timing of your arrival is a sign. You are the force behind the Arbiter. The only one to walk in and out of the Maw in ages. You are the symbol that can help crush this rebellion once and for all. Only one leader remains who is strong enough to command the Darkwing Legion. The Accuser. Defeat her, and the rebellion will fall. Here, take this medallion. Place it in the hands of my faithful Lord Chamberlain in the Grand Palisade. Together, you and he can crush this rebellion.
