Blackwater can take the marina from here. But the people aren't safe with Black Blood that's already out there. Those flying transports must be taking the Black Blood somewhere under Venture Co. control. Commandeer one, and you might find Grimla. She was headed in that direction when we split up, shouting that a friend of hers was on the way.
