City of Threads punishes loose execution more than raw damage. Treat the Eye event, targeted stops, and the final root mechanic as planned assignments rather than recovery moments.
First wing: protect the pull from extra packs: Interrupt Grimweave Blast and stop Mending Web. During the Eye of the Queen event, avoid sentry detection and ground tells: a reset costs far more than a cautious few seconds of movement.
The Coaglamation wing: stop the cast that creates chaos: Kick Sureki Unnaturalers' Void Wave before it knocks the group into nearby cocoons. Do not over-pull Royal Venomshells; Venomous Spray combines party poison pressure with unavoidable movement.
Izo: stack for the root, then spread from the hazards: When Umbral Weave begins, stack so the group can break the webs quickly. Once free, respect the shifting anomaly orbs instead of trying to cast through them.
These are execution priorities, not a fixed pull-count route. Verify weekly tuning, affixes, and your tank's route before the key, then use the source and current videos for difficulty-specific details.
Call movement before each phase shift. The room is manageable when the tank has space and the group does not turn every frontal or ground effect into an emergency reposition.
