Vorasius repeats a boss phase and a Blistercreep wall phase. Tanks deliberately control the first two Shadowclaw Slams, fixated players kill parasites directly against both crystal walls, and the raid escapes Void Breath through the lanes it created before Primordial Power ramps too high.
Stack for Primordial Roar: Start in front of Vorasius near the center. Stay grouped while the pull-in happens, use the assigned healing cooldown for the impact and knockback, then spread only as far as the next Slam requires.
2
Execute the Slam tank plan: Tank A takes the first two large Shadowclaw Slam circles and uses a major defensive on the second. Those hits apply stacking Smashed and create the two crystal walls. Tank B taunts and takes every later Slam until the cycle resets.
3
Cross the Aftershock rings: Every Slam sends expanding Aftershock rings out from the impact. Melee can step into the newly safe center after the hit; ranged either cross one ring deliberately or stay fully beyond the pattern. Never drift through multiple rings.
4
Pin Blistercreeps to both walls: Dodge the Parasite Expulsion spawn swirls, then take your fixating add all the way to the assigned wall. Move up or down along the wall so the add is physically touching it before DPS kills it.
5
Break the wall before the beam: A Blistercreep death triggers Blisterburst. The burst must overlap the wall: one death per wall on Normal, two on Heroic, and three on Mythic. Step out of each death circle and use personals when several die together.
6
Read the hand and outrun Void Breath: Watch which hand begins glowing. Run to the opposite side through the lane your adds opened - right hand means move left, left hand means move right. Return to the center stack after the beam and repeat.
The written plan is maintained separately from the changing video feed. Check current hotfixes and follow your raid leader's marked wall and cooldown assignments.
Before the pull
Assignments that make the strategy work
Mark a left wall and right wall destination before the pull. Assign melee fixates left and ranged fixates right, with the inactive tank filling whichever side is short.
Name Tank A for the first two Shadowclaw Slams and Tank B for every later Slam in that cycle. Reverse those jobs when the next wall cycle begins.
Plan a raid healing cooldown for Primordial Roar and personals for clustered Blistercreep deaths. Each Roar adds another stack of persistent Primordial Power damage.
Use Bloodlust or Heroism on the pull unless your raid leader has a progression-specific hold. The fight becomes harder with every Roar rather than offering a better late damage window.
Failure checks
Named mechanics and the exact response
Primordial Roar and Primordial Power
Healers and raid
Stack near center for efficient healing, resist the pull, and cover the impact. Treat every later Roar as a larger healing check because its persistent damage stack remains.
Scattered players miss healing, the knockback separates the raid, and unchecked Primordial Power turns later overlaps lethal.

Wipe condition:
Shadowclaw Slam
Tanks
Tank A soaks the first two large impacts, then Tank B takes the remaining circles for that cycle. The central impact must always hit a tank.
Wipe condition: An empty impact deals punitive raid-wide damage; sharing the first two hits spreads Smashed to the wrong player and breaks the swap plan.
Aftershock
Everyone
Read the expanding rings after every Slam and move into a safe band. Melee should use the impact center after it becomes safe rather than running through the whole pattern.
Wipe condition: Crossing several rings or reacting late adds avoidable physical damage during an already heavy raid-damage window.
Blistercreep and Blisterburst
Fixated players and DPS
Drag each fixate until the add touches its assigned crystal wall, then kill it while everyone exits the explosion. Balance deaths across left and right.
Wipe condition: A death away from the wall wastes a limited add, leaves no escape lane for Void Breath, and creates dangerous floor pressure on Mythic.
Void Breath
Everyone
Look at the glowing hand and run to the opposite outer edge through a destroyed wall section. Commit early; the beam sweeps the arena and is not a mechanic to soak.
Wipe condition: Breaking only one side makes the safe direction unreliable. Moving toward the glowing hand crosses the beam.
Vorasius channels a lethal sweeping beam from one hand across the arena.
Response: Run opposite the glowing hand through the destroyed wall lane, wait for the sweep to finish, then reset center.
Role plan
What your role owns
Tanks
Call the wall-cycle owner before pull. One tank takes the first two Slams and the Smashed stacks; the other taunts for every later Slam. The inactive tank is a reliable wall-side flex during fixates.
Healers
Cover Primordial Roar, then watch the raid when multiple Blistercreeps die together. Healing demand rises every cycle from Primordial Power, so do not spend every major cooldown on the first Roar.
Melee DPS
Stay grouped in front, use the post-Slam center as your Aftershock safe area, and take fixated Blistercreeps to the marked left wall unless your raid assigns otherwise.
Ranged DPS
Avoid placing yourself between the group and both wall routes. Take fixates to the marked right wall, keep damage on adds while moving along it, and start the hand read before Void Breath finishes casting.
Everyone
The wall is the objective. A Blistercreep killed for meter value in open floor is wasted. Watch the hand yourself instead of following the first player who moves.
