WoW Arena Map Guides
Every arena changes how far your healer can safely play, where damage can pressure, and which routes turn into traps. Start with the map's geometry, then make each go without leaving your support behind.
Modern retail maps
Nagrand Arena
neutralFour offset pillars and a broad central lane.
The neutral reference map: open enough for casters to pressure, with compact pillar pockets for melee to reconnect and reset.
Read map plan ->Blade's Edge Arena
verticalA raised bridge, ramps, and lower pockets with limited conventional cover.
Vertical movement changes target access. The bridge can create pressure and displacement plays, but it also makes healer line of sight fragile.

tombsLarge tombs, broken sightlines, and tight corners around the center.
The tombs create frequent line-of-sight breaks. Teams that hold a usable corner make aggressive pushes expensive.
Read map plan ->Dalaran Sewers
platformRaised central platform, crates, ramps, and an intermittent waterspout.
A compact map where the platform and crates create fast-changing line-of-sight choices. The water hazard can interrupt a route or create a reset.
Read map plan ->Tol'viron Arena
openA very open field with widely spaced square pillars and deep corners.
Long lanes and sharp corners reward ranged pressure and punish any player who drifts outside healer range.
Read map plan ->Tiger's Peak
rampsCentral lane, pillars, ramps, and elevated side structure.
Tiger's Peak mixes traditional pillar play with vertical routes. Pressure is best when it preserves an easy return to the healer.

circularCircular layout with three large outer pillars and short rotations between cover.
The compact circular shape rewards quick pillar swaps and disciplined pressure around the outer ring.
Read map plan ->Black Rook Hold Arena
central pillarA broad central pillar, side rooms, and small outer ledges.
The central pillar has forgiving line of sight for most of the map. Side rooms are useful staging locations, but dangerous places to take an extended fight.
Read map plan ->Hook Point
compactCompact center pillars and a long back corridor with short line-of-sight routes.
Frequent accessible cover favors teams that stay connected in close quarters. Casters often need proactive offense instead of passive spacing.
Read map plan ->Mugambala
verticalRaised platforms, ramps, central space, and multiple vertical escape routes.
Mugambala asks teams to manage height as well as line of sight. The best positions give the healer a ramp exit.
Read map plan ->The Robodrome
industrialIndustrial lanes, central obstacles, and short sightline breaks around machinery.
The Robodrome rewards short, repeatable pressure windows instead of long cross-map chases.
Read map plan ->Empyrean Domain
openOpen circular lanes with pillars and pronounced outer-edge routes.
Long sightlines expose healer positioning, while outer routes let disciplined teams stretch opponents away from support.
Read map plan ->Enigma Crucible
central obstructionCentral obstruction, side cover, and angular approach lanes.
The central structure breaks direct sightlines and makes side selection matter. Control an approach instead of fighting through middle blindly.
Read map plan ->Maldraxxus Coliseum
symmetricalSymmetrical floor with central cover and broad side lanes.
A readable map that rewards simple fundamentals: protect healer line of sight and do not let a target pull you into an unhealable lane.
Read map plan ->Nokhudon Proving Grounds
central wallRamps, pillars, and a central wall that divides lines of sight.
The central wall makes side control decisive: a ramp and adjacent pillar can deny a clean route to the healer.
